Library Cards
Property owners and residents: Property owners within the Stanley library district and year-round residents who are registered to vote in Stanley have full library privileges.
Fees for out-of-district borrowers
The following fees are charged only to out-of-district borrowers:

There is no charge to use the library’s public access computers or 24/7 wireless Internet.
