Wednesday, July 13 12:00 to 3:00 pm, Sun Observatory in the Courtyard by the first Astronomer in Residence for the Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve, Catherine Slaughter of Leiden University. She will set up telescopes in the courtyard for sun observatory.

Author Julie Weston of Hailey will discuss the General Mining Act of 1872, which celebrates its 150th anniversary this year, and read from her latest book, Miners’ Moon. The 4th Nellie Burns and Moonshine mystery is set in the mines of northern Idaho.
