Preserving Our History: Tom Kovalicky
Wednesday, March 27, 5:00 pm
Community Room and Zoom
This month’s oral history program features Tom Kovalicky, who was appointed Stanley District Ranger in 1970. With the passage of the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Act in 1972, he became the Assistant SNRA Superintendent, leading the region through the development of the SNRA. Join us for a conversation with Tom, recorded in 2008, recalling life as the Stanley Ranger. These programs are available thanks to the Sawtooth Interpretive and Historical Association.
Book Club: Beloved
